How do I log in?
To log in, go to www.ServSafe.com/Starters and click on "Take Online Course" and enter your User ID and password or Create New Profile.
I lost my User ID and/or password. What should I do?
Click on the "Forgot User ID" or "Forgot Password" link and your User ID or Password will be emailed to you.
Why am I getting an error such as "A connection failure has occurred" when I try to log in?
Unfortunately, it is necessary that we conduct maintenance from time to time. We regret the inconvenience this may cause. Please try to log in again at a later time.
Can my co-worker use my User ID and password to access the courses?
No. Only one user is permitted to take the course with their unique User ID and password. If you would like to purchase additional courses, e-mail foodhandler@restaurant.org or phone the Customer Service Department at (800) 765-2122, ext. 6703. In Chicago (312) 715-1010, ext. 6703.
